What TRE Forged is
TRE Forged LLC is a Florida-based media and software company working in two areas that overlap more than people expect: personal finance and automotive culture. Money decides which car you can run, and running a car is one of the larger money decisions most people make.
The aim across everything here is the same. Explain the thing plainly, show the actual numbers, and leave the reader able to do it themselves.
What we publish
The Forge is the blog on this site. A new guide goes up every day, split between practical personal finance, budgeting, saving and paying off debt, and hands-on do-it-yourself car maintenance, one specific job at a time. It is free to read. There is no paywall, no signup wall, and no email required to see any of it.
We also publish free calculators for the money questions the guides raise, covering credit card interest, emergency fund targets, and debt payoff comparing the snowball and avalanche methods. They run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere.
Forgenta
Forgenta is the personal finance app we build, available on the web, iOS and Android. It connects your bank accounts, categorizes transactions automatically, handles budgets and savings goals, forecasts your cash flow, and plans debt payoff with the snowball and avalanche methods side by side.
It is built for people who want to see where their money actually goes without turning budgeting into a second job.
How we make money, and how to reach us
Forgenta is the business. The blog is free because it is how people find the app, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.
We also partner with a small number of brands we have vetted for this audience, and some of those partnerships include discount codes for readers. Those are commercial relationships, so treat a partner mention as what it is rather than as an unbiased recommendation. Nothing in the guides is paid placement, and we do not run affiliate links in them.
